Accessing the beach by car can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're driving a smaller rental car that's common on the island. Our Toyota Aygo struggled to make it up a steep hill on the way back, and the road itself is made up of dirt and rocks once you leave Archaggelos. However, most people arrive by boat, which is a much easier option. Once you reach the top of the cliff, you'll need to rappel down a rope (about 4m) and navigate your way through more rocks and dirt. But the effort is well worth it when you finally arrive at the secluded beach. The only other people you'll encounter are those who have been dropped off by boat for a quick swim. The beautiful water, the sound of the waves, and the company of a few goats make for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Snorkeling is also a great option here, and the views are simply breathtaking.
