Instead of heading up the coast to Kalithea, we decided to explore this beach. Our visit took place on a weekday in late July, and we arrived at around 9:30 am to find the beach almost deserted. We opted to rent four sunbeds for a total of €20.
The rocky terrain surrounding the beach made it necessary to wear some sort of protective footwear when entering the water. However, the back of the beach was home to a cafe that offered a variety of cold drinks and fruit at reasonable prices.
While we didn't encounter many sea urchins, there were plenty of rocks in the water, which made for excellent snorkeling conditions. When we departed around 1 pm, we noticed that nearly half of the sunbeds were still unoccupied. Overall, this was a fantastic spot to spend a few hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
