The journey towards the beach was an adventure in itself, as we drove along a dirt road in a Toyota Auris at a leisurely pace of 20 km per hour. The scenic route was the highlight of the trip, offering breathtaking views along the way. Even though the Google map led us astray, taking us through a business in the middle of nowhere, we eventually made it to the beach. The beach was surrounded by trees, providing much-needed shade from the sun. However, the sea was rocky as we entered, so it's best to come prepared with food, water, and a good book to read, as mobile phone signals were not available. Overall, it was a unique and memorable experience that we would recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. September 2022.

One particularly impressive feature is a massive rock formation that can be seen from afar and up close. Avoid using e-bikes to get to this beach as you might have trouble getting back. The beach is enclosed by a fence and has limited access to a small rocky area where sea urchins thrive. I had to hitch a ride back to the town after passing through the beach. It's a shame that this place could have been so much more.

This beach is a decent spot, but the journey to get there is quite a trek down a dirt road. Once you arrive, however, you'll find yourself somewhat limited in terms of where you can lay your towel due to the presence of sand and goat droppings. Despite the fact that there were strong north winds during our visit, the breeze was quite gentle. However, if you're not a fan of sand and prefer pebbly beaches, there are better options elsewhere on the island. Overall, this beach is worth a visit, but it may not be your top choice.
