Upon arrival at the beach, we were charged a nominal fee of 1€ per person and 0.50€ per child, which we found to be quite reasonable. To keep ourselves active and entertained, we made use of the beach volleyball equipment. It was an invigorating way to spend an afternoon in the heart of the city, right by the beach.
One of the best features of this beach was that the use of umbrellas and sunbeds was included in the entrance fee. However, we were informed that we needed to order some drinks or food to avail of this facility. We opted for an iced coffee, which was priced at a reasonable 2€.
The water at the beach was crystal clear, but we noticed that the beach was rocky and not sandy. There were changing rooms and showers available for our convenience. Although the toilets were a bit cramped, we managed to use them comfortably. The door opening inside the toilet was a bit of a hassle, but it was a minor inconvenience.
We were pleased to find a playground and shaded tables under the trees, which provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The beach was also equipped with a lifeguard tower and a bar, which was an added bonus. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this beach and would recommend it to others.
