This beach in Antibes is definitely the best one around. The water is crystal clear and always clean, with the exception of some high waves during full moons. The beach itself is flat and perfect for swimming, with soft sand that's great for relaxing. Best of all, it's completely free as it's a public beach. There are some private beaches at the start of the beach, but they're expensive and not worth it. Weekends can get pretty crowded, so if you prefer a quieter experience, try going after 5:30 pm. The only downside is that there are no public toilets, although there are two nearby that are often closed and not well-maintained. If you need to use the restroom, it's best to find a nearby restaurant, although it could end up being quite costly.
