The beach is quite rugged and vast with shallow waters, and there's only one beach bar that may not be suitable for those seeking convenience. However, when it comes time to rinse off the therapeutic mud, the only option is a 30-second solar-powered shower for a fee of 2HRK (about €0.40). As a Croatian, I feel ashamed and angry about this. On the other hand, across the street, there was a goat and a German man running away from it. The expensive shower might be justified from a market perspective.
By the way, Krk is teeming with tourists, but places like Baska and Cizici are less crowded. We had a great time there, though. :)
