Koh Sdach beach

The beach has a great location with rocks. However, there were numerous ants in the room and the tent was not properly sealed at the bottom, allowing insects to visit us. The maintenance was quite poor, about 80%. Although there was an outdoor bathtub, you had to request a curtain to ensure privacy during a naked bath, and the bathtub itself was quite dirty. If it's the rainy season, it's best to avoid this place as you will regret it, just like I did. The cleanliness was even worse than a $30 room on this island. The transportation provided by VET was excellent, but the resort itself was lacking.

Koh Sdach offers a truly unique experience with its beautiful island view and breathtaking sunsets. However, our recent visit with my family will unfortunately be our last. We encountered an issue with the food service staff, particularly one woman who was quite rude when taking our morning food orders. Additionally, the price for a room at the resort was exorbitantly high considering the limited activities available. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find dirty spots on our blankets, towels, and even our flip flops. The lack of clean water in the bathroom forced us to use bottled water for washing. Lastly, we were shocked to discover a live rat in one of the rooms we had reserved. It is important to note that the boat trip to and from Koh Sdach is not complimentary, and we were charged $10 per person for a brief 5-minute ride. It is advisable to exercise caution before planning a trip to this destination.

The Koh Sdach resort is a little pricey, but it offers a pleasant experience. The beach hasn't been fully developed yet, but it attracts a good number of tourists, mostly Cambodian. However, the cost of food and everything else is twice as expensive.

I recently completed my stay at Koh Sdach resort, and it was truly unforgettable. The beachfront location of the cozy and charming luxury tents, complete with air conditioning, private bathrooms, and comfortable beds, was only 30 meters away from the sea. During the night, the soothing sound of the waves could be heard. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would like to extend a special thank you to Lao from the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I already find myself missing this place and eagerly anticipating my next visit.

The pictures accurately depict this fantastic resort on Koh Sdach, which is relatively new. The room design was unique and provided a high level of comfort, surpassing the experience of staying in a concrete room on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, including powerful air conditioning, multiple outlets, and robes. The staff were exceptional, displaying kindness and warm hospitality. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were accommodating to my preferences and offered smaller portion sizes, which I appreciated. Knowing that there wasn't much on the island, I specifically sought a place where I could completely relax and unwind, and this resort provided the perfect setting for that. I would recommend taking a boat to Coral island for some snorkeling, and there are also excellent diving opportunities around the nearby islands.
