This beach is truly amazing and is mostly accessible by boat. Although it is possible to hike there, it takes approximately an hour and a half. During certain seasons, many of the beaches in Samaná become filled with seaweed, but even then, there are still some cool spots to swim in.
For the more adventurous types, I noticed that some people had left ropes on the rocks, indicating that they had scaled them. However, it is important to note that the beach is rocky, with pieces of the cliffs scattered throughout. Only attempt to climb if you are experienced and know what you are doing.
There is a massive barrier reef that breaks the waves, so if you bring your own boat, be extremely careful. The locals are incredibly skilled at navigating the rocks, which is truly impressive to witness.
