While we basked in the sun for a while, we often took refuge beneath the palms, a favorite spot of many locals. It was quite a sight to see vendors working tirelessly on the beach, donning thick coats, gloves, and floppy hats, with beaming smiles on their faces. Despite the sweltering heat that could reach up to 120 F during humid summer months, they carried on with their tasks, making the beach experience even more delightful.
