If you prefer not to bring your own mats and sunshade, you can borrow them on the beach. On the other side of the bay, there is a well-maintained walking/hiking/biking trail that leads to Tribunj, offering stunning views of the surrounding islands and the town. However, I would advise against biking with young children as it could be risky.
