In general, this beach was an outstanding place to stay. The service provided was absolutely excellent. All the staff members were incredibly friendly. The bungalow rooms were also quite pleasant. The presence of cats at the resort was a delightful addition; they were incredibly adorable. I would definitely recommend this resort.

This resort is by far the best we have ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning and the over-water bungalows offer breathtaking views that are truly awesome. However, what sets this place apart is the exceptional level of service. We encountered no problems whatsoever during our week-long stay, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and lovely. It was a truly positive experience from start to finish. I must commend the staff for their faultless service. They took excellent care of us and made this vacation the best I have ever had. It was just so nice.

The resort is fantastic, with exceptional customer service! They have a great dining option right on the premises, and there are also local restaurants nearby. Additionally, you can conveniently rent a scooter from the resort and explore various hiking spots. Across the street, there is a fitness center, and every morning they offer a complimentary continental breakfast, unless you prefer the full breakfast with French toast, pancakes, waffles, etc. If you decide to book an excursion, the hotel provides transportation to pick you up and drop you off. We had the opportunity to snorkel right off the deck of our bungalow every day, and we were amazed by the stingrays, various fish species, and the beautiful coral. Our bungalow had a full-sized bathtub and a shower, and when we requested fresh towels, coffee, or water, the resort promptly delivered them. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet and show at the resort three nights a week. Overall, we had an incredibly relaxing and delightful time here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

My twin sister and I had an incredible girls' trip for our birthday. The Hilton is in a perfect location and within easy walking distance of other nearby attractions. The staff is extremely friendly! I want to give a shout out to the young man who welcomed us. He was incredibly hardworking and kind. We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is also great at arranging transportation to and from activities. The restaurants were also great at providing complimentary transportation back to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed in Moorea for a longer time! In terms of food, other guests advised us not to eat at the hotel restaurants because they were expensive and not worth the price. They mentioned that there were better options elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had to have lunch at the hotel because we returned late from an excursion and most places around the island stop serving lunch at 2pm. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken from the poolside lunch spot and the chicken had a fishy smell and taste. The dressing was also very watery. I also took a bite of my sister's burger, which was soggy and slightly undercooked. I, too, preferred the food outside of the hotel.

I chose this rating because I appreciated the experience, but I don't think I would come back. I stayed in the overwater bungalows, which provided an amazing reef to explore. I also enjoyed witnessing the coral grafting and the resort's efforts to preserve the reef and educate the public about marine research. The hotel staff was very friendly, and I had no issues with the customer service during my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, especially since it faces west, offering a breathtaking view of the sunset. I also really liked and was grateful for the transition room on my last day, which provided a comfortable space between check-out and departure to the ferry. However, the overwater bungalows were not as luxurious as one would expect for the price of $1500USD per night. They were quite outdated and worn. Before my arrival, I emailed the Hilton Tahiti concierge twice to arrange excursions, but I did not receive a single response from them. Additionally, the food was extremely disappointing. I ate at all three restaurants, and every lunch and dinner was not something I would ever recommend to anyone. Apart from its location, I truly believe that this hotel does not meet the luxury standards recommended by American Express Platinum travel.
