The lakefront beach is truly lovely. The admission fee of 5.5 euros per person is quite reasonable. Additionally, you have the option to rent a beach chair for 8 euros, accommodating two people. The sand is incredibly soft, and the water surprisingly shallow. It's an ideal spot to unwind over the weekend before returning to work on Monday. It does tend to get busier on weekends, so I suggest arriving in the morning to secure a beach chair if desired. If you're interested, there is also a food establishment and a giant chess set available. All in all, it's a fantastic location.
This place is improving over time. It is comfortable and well-organized. The staff is extremely friendly! The water may not be the clearest, but it's still alright. I only gave it 3 stars because when we went with our family, there was nothing at the restaurant for kids. Not even ice cream. They only offered spaghetti with oil, which was disappointing. Furthermore, it is quite expensive, so considering the price of the services and entrance, they should include more appealing options on the menu for the little ones.
The swimming area is very laid-back and comfortable. It is well-maintained, roomy, and has excellent facilities for children such as a water slide, swings, and seesaws. My daughter quickly made friends with another girl to play with, and I can already tell that it will be a challenge to convince them that the place closes at 8pm.
This beautiful beach is a hidden gem. Exploring on a bike will lead you to discover some cozy spots along the way. It's definitely a great place for families. Be cautious of unexpected deep areas in the water. Weekdays are the perfect time to visit, as weekends tend to get crowded.
This beach is amazing! It's the number one spot for surfing in Berlin! 😄👍🏻🏄🏼♀️🏄🏼♂️
