The trail is currently off-limits due to a fallen tree blocking the path and damage to the last stair. However, it's a very easy trail to navigate. The beach at the end is absolutely breathtaking! If you get the chance, definitely go for it! There's a free car park located 20 minutes away from the start of the trail, as parking at the trailhead is not permitted.
This beach is stunning, featuring plenty of white sand and breathtaking views. We enjoyed playing beach ball and took a boat ride as well. Although summer can be quite hot, it's still relaxing. Despite the cold water, you can dive in and enjoy the waves. The water activities are a lot of fun. The beach offers the usual amenities like toilets, changing rooms, and showers. My only complaint is the parking situation, as the Grange Rd car park is closed during the summer. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Wow π hot water right next to the cold ocean water. This place is truly unique π with many people attempting to dig their own holes. Remember to visit only at low tide and bring your own shovel if you don't want to rent one for at least ten dollars.
This place is so peaceful and beautiful. I much preferred it to Cathedral Cove because it was just us and a couple of oystercatchers. The tide was coming in, and we had a lovely walk through it and over the rocks. Maybe at high tide, and if it's warm enough to go in, youβd have a better chance of seeing stingraysβdefinitely something Iβd like to try sometime. There are cockles and snails on the rocks. The stairs at the bottom are a little rough, and you have to climb over the rocks, so it might not be ideal for the very young or the elderly.
