We had made a hotel reservation for a couple with a baby, but upon arriving at the room, we realized that it was not accessible with a baby stroller. To reach the room from the lobby, I had to carry the stroller up about 30 stairs, and then another 40 stairs to get to the pool and breakfast area. We requested to be moved to a more accessible room so that we could enjoy our vacation without having to carry the stroller up and down the stairs all day. The hotel staff informed us to come back the next morning so they could find a solution.
The following morning, they offered us an upgrade to a villa at a very high price. Then, they suggested moving us to a different room for an additional fee, which had fewer stairs to reach it but was still inconvenient for us with the baby stroller.
Feeling dissatisfied with the situation, we asked to check out of the hotel. However, they refused to credit us for the remaining four nights of our stay. Disappointed with their response, we had no choice but to stay at the hotel.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good, but the lunch and dinner options were not tasty and overpriced for Thailand.
I must mention that the service at the beach was excellent, as were the massage services available there.
Although the room was relatively old, it was very clean.
Based on our experience, we do not plan on returning to this hotel.
